Over the last few months, we’ve featured several football teams that are using yoga to develop strength and flexibility in players.
The New York Times recently published a list of poses along with the benefits of each one.
We encourage coaches to try new things each month, so if you are finding that your players are having soft-tissue injuries related to flexibility, it might not be a bad practice to implement some yoga into the program.
