Many of the best high school coaches in the nation establish feeder programs through their local middle schools and youth programs. A Halifax County school in Virginia is hoping to assist its future coaches with that process by meshing the high school and middle school programs.

One of the initial steps in meshing the two programs targets the weight room and the students’ weightlifting and conditioning programs. The workouts will be combined workouts with both high school and middle school students and coaches participating.
