At this point in the quarantine, we all know where we need to go to find enough space for a sprint workout. Encourage your players to do it safely — with no other players within six feet of them — but find a way to do it, nonetheless.
Here’s a workout from Armas Strength and Performance. As we started above, you don’t need a lot of space or equipment, the two keys to a good quarantine workout.
Plyos: 4 sets x 5 reps
Resisted sprints (be creative): 4 x 30 yards
Sprints: 4 x 30 yards
Pull-ups: 4 sets of 8-12
3 position holds: 4 x 10 seconds
