If you’re in a state where COVID restrictions are forcing players to complete at-home workouts to stay in shape, here’s a great video for you. Former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Brendon Ayanbadejo leads a 15-minute at-home full-body workout. A 15-minute workout might sound easy, but it anything BUT. Give it a shot.
