Welcome back, Coach! We’re excited to get back on Twitter today after a crazy start to the week. Here’s what we missed.

Here’s another great resource from our friends at Parker Resources.
Coaching football has so many moving parts that it is imperative you are organized. This is the list I would use to divide up responsibilities on the coaching staff. pic.twitter.com/YuZsmiJNdz

We love seeing photos like this. Push your players to become better PEOPLE as well as players.

This is an important message for high school players who might feel like football will be their vehicle to success for the rest of their lives.
All athletes will one day be former athletes and most former athletes are soon to be forgotten athletes. Every young athlete needs to understand and accept this. Prepare yourself academically so that you don’t need a uniform to define who you are in life. Academics Matter! #Ap2w

Good message here from Coach Chattin about surrounding yourself with the right people.
Head coaches and new head coaches make sure you hire people that want to WORK and are invested in the program. There is so much more to this than a couple hours on the field each day . Hire people of great character and work ethic . The schemes can be taught and learned …

Coach Cross has a great lesson about putting hard work in perspective.
I almost quit the football team in HS because it was "too hard".
Then in my mind , I saw my mom counting coins on her bedroom floor the night before through a cracked door.
Then, my feelings didn't matter anymore.
Find your "WHY" and you will find your "WAY".

This turned out to be a pretty lopsided poll.
Which of these is MOST important?
