Do It or Don’t? Lift on Game Day

Eastern Guilford High (N.C.) defensive coordinator Mitch Mitchener is a huge proponent of having his players lift on game day. He sees it as a culture-building activity.

The approach seemed to work this year as Eastern Guilford finished 4-2 after a 60-36 win over rival Southern Guilford.

Mitchener recently answered some other questions about his team’s season.
