CoachTube: Body Weight Training Routine

Coaches — Stick with us if you want daily home-workout videos that you can share with athletes. We know some of these aren’t specifically geared to football, but we’re proceeding as if not every high school athlete will have gym equipment available at his home. While we’d love to be sharing videos of squatting heavy weight, clean-and-jerk reps or bench press maxes, we have to play the hand we’re dealt.

This video is produced by Mark Lauren, an international bestselling fitness author who has effectively prepared over 700 trainees for the extreme demands of the most elite levels of the U.S. Special Operations community. After winning several teen bodybuilding titles, Mark started his military career by being one of 12 to graduate the Pararescue/Combat Control Indoctrination Course, in a class that started over 100 trainees.
