Check out this quick barbell football training workout with one of Oliver Jordan’s high school players. The athlete plays both running back and linebacker. This workout is designed for players who are short on time — perhaps because they are playing another spring sport. The workout includes shoulder shrugs, reverse pull-ups, push press and dumbbell curls. The workout consists of four to six reps.
