5 Best In-Home Football Workouts

This is a great video that offers drills for players to improve hand-eye coordination, reaction time, footwork, glute strength and endurance.

The best part is you’ll need only five pieces of equipment to do the five exercises, and most players likely have access to all five.

The equipment needed includes:

  • A football
  • Tennis balls
  • Playing cards
  • Roll of tape
  • A band
